You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Item must be resaleable.


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


- Contact our customer service team at  to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.





Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Defective Items


If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team at  to arrange for an exchange.



Shipping Costs


Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.


The Restocking Fee will be 20% for all unopened items unless you have a specific contract that states otherwise.
